About Reflexology
Reflexology has been around for centuries. Used by the Chinese more than 5,000 years ago and the ancient Egyptians. Reflexology works on the principle that our feet, hands, face and scalp have many reflex points that correspond with the rest of our body which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few. By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance.
Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions.
I have undertaken several Continual Professional Development Training Courses for Reflexology, including; Fertility/Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy, Menopause, Spinal, Oncology Cancer Support, Facial Reflexology etc, all giving me a greater scope on how best to support my clients.
Fertility/Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy & Post-Natal Reflexology:
Using techniques taught in-person by Louise Keet, Principal of The London School Of Reflexology, award winner and author of 'The Reflexology Bible' and 'A Guide To A Successful Pregnancy'. These treatments aim to restore the body's natural balance and energy flow to support preconception including assistance in the stimulation of ovulation, pregnancy associated conditions, assistance in later pregnancy for a natural labour, and post natal support for new mothers.

In relation to Foot Reflexology; if you suspect you have a fungal nail infection/condition or verruca's, please seek advice and/or treatment where necessary from a medical professional or qualified foot health practitioner.
In relation to Facial Reflexology; 4 weeks must have passed if you have recently had facial fillers or botox injections.

If you wish to book for Fertility, Pregnancy or Post-Natal Reflexology, please add a note in your booking form.
You will only be required to remove your footwear for this therapy. I will go over the feet with a wipe, then apply an organic balm before beginning the sequence.

This gorgeous therapy has been devised, and in-person training delivered, by Ziggie Bergman, award winning Reflexologist and leader in this field of facial reflexology. I use organic products which nourish your skin and enhance your radiance further. This is the perfect treatment for those who enjoy facial treatments and those who would rather not have their feet touched.
You will only be required to remove your shoes prior to this therapy. Zone Face Lift organic foaming cleanser is applied to the face, followed by a hot towel, to cleanse the skin before applying organic Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil. I also incorporate some Qua Sha techniques from my Zone Face Lift training as part of this sequence.
NB: 4 weeks must have passed if you have recently had facial fillers or botox injections.

A Parent or Carer is required to remain in the therapy room with their child at all times.
This is a shorter Facial Reflexology sequence and is perfect for younger clients.
Your child will only be required to remove their shoes prior to this therapy. Zone Face Lift organic foaming cleanser is applied to the face, followed by a hot towel, to cleanse the skin before applying organic Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil. If your child does not wish for a hot towel to be used I can use a facial wipe to cleanse the skin instead.
I will explain to your child what is involved and they will have the opportunity to ask me anything in advance, and can ask me to stop at any time. I will be lead by your child. This is the first Reflexology for Menopause Support of its kind in the UK encompassing three Reflexology methods. Using focused techniques that have been designed and taught by both Ziggie Bergman (founder of Bergman Zone Method Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift) & Louise Keet (Principal of The London School of Reflexology & Author of The Reflexology Bible).
By stimulating specific reflexes on the face, hands and feet, the aim is to help balance the body's natural energy flow and support those going through all stages of the menopause.
To Start: Facial Reflexology, using Zone Face Lift organic Foaming Cleanser, a hot towel to cleanse and clean the face, before applying the Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil when the Menopause Facial Reflexology sequence commences.
To Follow: Hand Reflexology

Reiki Healing works with Universal life energies. This therapy was developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 1900's. This therapy aims to rebalance the mind, body and spirit and achieve deep relaxation and improved general sense of well-being.
There is no massage involved with Reiki, and therefore, no contraindications. I place my hands on your head, shoulders, hips and feet and hold my hands above the chakra energy points along the body.
You will only be required to remove your shoes for this therapy.
